The conference aims to delve into the profound influence of generative AI on the workforce and job market. Distinguished speakers from diverse backgrounds will provide their perspectives on this pertinent topic. Scholars from computer science will shed light on the technological advancements and challenges posed by generative AI in the labour landscape. Legal tech experts will discuss the legal and ethical implications surrounding the integration of algorithmic decision-making in workplaces. Business administration scholars will analyse the potential disruptions and opportunities arising from AI adoption. Additionally, speakers from companies, NGOs, and employer associations will share real-world experiences and strategies to adapt to this evolving AI-driven employment landscape.
Thus, the conference promises to foster an informed dialogue and explore solutions for a harmonious coexistence of humans and AI in the workforce. It is organised by the project group Responsible Algorithmic Decision-Making (RADM).
