The conference will deal with the disruptive potential of digital technologies as well as with the challenges that the use of AI text generators poses for future work with and on texts.
The range of questions addressed in this context to very different disciplines – from philosophy, theology, linguistics, literature and history to computer science and technology assessment to communication science, business psychology and educational science – varies considerably. The discourses of these disciplines will be the subject of this conference organised by the ad hoc project Discourses of disruptive digital technologies using the example of AI text generators.
